Proposal & Contracts Manager (f/m/d - part/full-time)

Your responsibilities will include

Contract management:
- Manage all aspects of contract documents, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies and legal requirements
- Act as the interface between Managing Directors, the legal advisors, and the finance team to ensure alignment on contract terms and conditions
Proposal creation and client interaction:
- Develop comprehensive and compelling proposals and optimize proposal content to ensure clarity, accuracy, and alignment with client requirements
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the proposal phase
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and expectations

Your profile

Academic degree in business law, business administration or a related field
Proven experience in proposal creation and contracts management
Familiarity with pharmaceutical industry is a plus
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Attention to detail and a high level of organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Fluency in English, good knowledge of German is an advantage
